Charles Littleleaf
Charles Littleleaf is an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon through his mother, Lolita Greeley, and is also connected to the Piikani Nation through his father, Jack Littleleaf. In 1992 he received a flute directly from R. Carlos Nakai, who encouraged him to learn the instrument, and the following year Nakai invited him to one of the first Native American flute workshops ever held. He has since built a career as both a recording flutist and flute maker.
